Memorial Day

It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the soldier, not the minister, who has given us freedom of religion (unless he's an Army Chaplain!).
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier who salutes the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
Who allows the protester to burn the flag.

My name is Kevin Harrison USAF disabled Veteran and every time I read this poem. I think of the bumper sticker FREEDOM HAS A PRICE THE PROTECTED WILL NEVER KNOW. I also want to thank you Pastor Bob for the help you have given to me and my brothers of Mean and Clean for the past years. Welcome Home!
